We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered healthcare. You’ll have significant ownership over infrastructure strategy and execution, shaping the future of our engineering organization.

This role is central to ensuring the platform scales seamlessly—supporting large enterprise clients and reliably serving hundreds of thousands of users. You’ll work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment surrounded by exceptional peers who care deeply about impact and quality.

• Scale and optimize infrastructure and deployments to support hundreds of thousands of users while maintaining fast response times and 99.99% uptime.
• Plan and lead strategic infrastructure investments that balance scalability, maintainability, and speed of delivery.
• Drive the evolution of core data infrastructure, including data transformation, warehousing, ingestion pipelines, and integrations with enterprise health networks.
• Improve developer experience and productivity by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, observability, and internal tooling.
• Champion operational excellence and security—reliability, monitoring, on-call practices, and healthcare-grade compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
  

• Optimize Kubernetes clusters and services for performance and scalability.
• Lead the migration of core queue workflows from SQS to Temporal.
• Re-imagine release operations to streamline QA and automate production deployments.
• Design and implement a multi-tenant isolation and row-level encryption strategy for sensitive enterprise client data.
  

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering within high-growth environments.
• Strong technical fundamentals with Kubernetes and Terraform (AWS preferred; GCP acceptable).
• Proven ability to scale systems and own key technical areas end-to-end.
• Excellent communicator who can articulate complex concepts clearly and lead through influence.
• Team-oriented, low-ego, and driven by mission—comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare or significant open-source contributions.
