As a Social Media Specialist, you will take ownership of global social channels, creating and executing strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and amplify brand presence. You'll craft compelling content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and Reddit while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives. Accountabilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (written, visual, and video)
- Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments, facilitating conversations, and fostering positive engagement
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform strategy
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to develop creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Contribute original ideas to campaigns, testing new formats, tools, and trends to continuously improve social engagement
- Ensure alignment with marketing calendars and support cross-channel initiatives to maximize reach and impact
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation, ideally within a B2B SaaS company or fast-paced startup
- Strong content creation skills across formats, including written, visual, and video content
- Experience managing social channels strategically, engaging with communities, prospects, and customers
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure social performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
