About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the UAE and the broader GCC region. We’re building a reliable WealthTech brand in the GCC, empowering people to take control of their financial future. This is an opportunity for a multidisciplinary expert to architect the company's digital presence from the ground up and become the driving force behind its growth.
You will have full ownership of social and influencer marketing channels, working directly with the CMO, marketing and product teams, focusing on driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Execution & Community Management (70%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SMM strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Plan, schedule, and manage content creation; driving brand awareness, community growth and audience engagement
- Adapt content to local trends and cultural specifics of the UAE and wider GCC digital audience
- Define and execute UGC campaigns to bring authentic voices from the community into our brand storytelling
- Manage content localization in Arabic language
Influencer Marketing (30%):
- Identify, engage, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers (finance, business, lifestyle niches) across GCC
- Design and lead influencer activation campaigns, negotiating deals, managing communications, and ensuring KPIs are met
- Build long-term relationships and ambassador networks that align with brand values and product vision
- Align influencer campaigns with key business goals such as user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal designers and copywriters to create high-impact content
- Manage briefing, workflow, and approvals to ensure timely and quality execution of marketing materials
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, community growth, ROI of influencer campaigns, etc.)
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and optimization recommendations
Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay ahead of GCC digital trends and wealthtech market shifts; bring fresh, innovative ideas and formats
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and digital marketing best practices
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in an SMM and Influencer marketing role within fintech or related niches
- Experience working at companies during the pre-launch and launch stage is an advantage
- Experience working in the UAE and GCC, or deep understanding of this market is preferred

- Content & collaboration: Notion, Figma, Canva
- Influencer discovery & management: Modash, Upfluence
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel
- AI tools: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
