Co-Founder/CEO

🌍 Role: Co-Founder / CEO for Bitsage Network

We’re looking to onboard a CEO-level co-founder to complement our technical founding team. Our current team is 8 engineers (El Salvador, Brazil, Venezuela, Ukraine), and we need someone to lead the business and growth side while we stay 100% focused on building.

🧩 Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

Lead pre-seed/seed fundraising strategy, pitch to VCs, angels, and ecosystem partners.

Business Development & Partnerships

Build relationships with enterprise clients, game/VFX studios, and DePIN/Web3 communities.

Strategy & Operations

Help shape go-to-market, pricing, and tokenomics strategy; coordinate business operations.

Ecosystem Engagement

Represent Bitsage Network in Starknet, DePIN, and crypto/AI events globally.

💡 Ideal Profile

Background: Startup founder, early-stage operator, or senior BD/venture role in AI, Web3, gaming, or cloud/compute infrastructure.

Skills: Strong fundraising track record, storytelling and pitching, ability to close strategic partnerships.

Mindset: Builder mentality, comfortable in early-stage chaos, mission-driven about decentralized compute and AI.

Location/Time Zone: Ideally Americas (EST/CST) or Europe (CET) for overlap with our distributed team. Open to global candidates with flexibility.

Experience:

Closed at least $1M+ in previous fundraising OR

Led BD/sales that brought in enterprise or ecosystem adoption OR

Experience with token ecosystems and Web3 GTM is a strong plus.
