About The Role

The Senior Graphic Designer at Shift4 will be a vital member of the Creative Services team, responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Services, this position involves leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of a wide range of visual materials across multiple platforms, including print, digital, social media, and web. The role requires a creative visionary with a strong portfolio, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovative design. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive and impactful visual solutions that align with brand strategies. Additionally, this role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, supporting VIP and C-Suite level deliverables, and mentoring junior designers, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all design outputs. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and may be based at any of Shift4’s locations, including Las Vegas, NV; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Morrisville, NC; or Center Valley, PA, with potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Good judgment and proactive decision-making skills
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials for print, digital, social media, and web platforms
  • Take ownership of VIP and C-Suite level design deliverables, ensuring high standards and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to develop cohesive and impactful design solutions
  • Support the Creative Services Director on large-scale projects and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and outputs
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
