We’re looking for a Project Manager (Portfolio) to orchestrate multiple projects across our ecosystem, align teams, and drive execution with precision.
🎯 Your Mission
- Own delivery cadence: define scope, milestones, risks, and weekly commitments
- Lead the implementation of AI Agents in every business unit
- Run the operating rhythm: standups, monthly reviews, executive updates
- Assure customer satisfaction and success
- Build live dashboards: Trello ↔ Tableau/Sheets, project trackers, KPIs
- Lead improvements and increase service quality
- Standardize workflows: templates, OKRs, RACI, automation of repeat tasks
- Sync with Sales/Marketing to align capacity and demand
- Leading weekly seminars and storytelling of the competitive advantages
✅ What You Bring
- 2+ years project/program management (tech/health/education a plus)
- Fluent in Turkish, English and German
- Tool fluency (Trello, Google Workspace, Slack; Tableau/Sheets a plus)
- Crisp client & stakeholder communication
- Bonus: exposure to German bureaucracy or healthcare/visa processes
