As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives across infrastructure, internal systems, and cybersecurity operations. This role requires a strategic, proactive leader who can translate business requirements into actionable project plans, drive execution across multiple teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will manage cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, optimize internal systems, support secure operations, and foster collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, you will have the autonomy to make key decisions that enhance operational efficiency, improve security posture, and deliver tangible business outcomes. Accountabilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Infrastructure, Internal Systems, and Cybersecurity (SecOps) to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Develop and maintain strategic project roadmaps, allocating resources effectively and aligning initiatives with long-term business goals
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across diverse technical and business teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with internal standards and security protocols
- Adapt to evolving priorities, embrace change, and take initiative to support additional projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) leading complex technical projects across infrastructure, internal systems, and cybersecurity domains
- PMP certification required; Certified ScrumMaster and relevant technical certifications (e.g., networking, systems, security) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and planning ahead
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accountability across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams, fostering alignment, and promoting shared ownership of outcomes
