The Role

We’re seeking a versatile full-stack developer who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in developing Hire Stack’s platform, adding new features, scaling performance, and experimenting with cutting-edge integrations (including AI-powered tools).

You’ll work closely with our small but ambitious team, taking ownership of projects, delivering solutions end-to-end, and helping us meet the needs of a growing client base.

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated developer ready to grow with an expanding SaaS company
• Full-stack capabilities, comfortable moving between front-end and back-end
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting quickly

Technical Requirements

• Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building web apps with React (we use SolidJS, but React experience transitions well)
• Backend experience with Node.js/Deno
• Good working knowledge of SQL databases
• Understanding of full-stack principles and best practices

Experience Level

We care more about your ability to solve real-world problems than years on your CV. If you’ve shipped projects, built something meaningful, or tackled challenging problems creatively—we want to see it.
