Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Location: San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days/week – relocation support available)

Salary: $180K–$220K + Equity

Experience: 5–12 years (strong backend capability preferred)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS startup that’s reimagining how companies scale their marketing and growth operations. The team has raised over $20M from top-tier investors (including leaders from Notion, Airtable, and Dropbox) and is building technology that combines AI, automation, and creativity to deliver real, measurable outcomes for leading clients like Rho, Clay, and Descript.

This is a full-time, in-person role at their San Francisco office in Hayes Valley. For those outside the Bay Area, paid relocation is offered.

• Own and ship new product features across the full stack — from database models to UI components.
• Use data to automate and improve complex growth workflows.
• Enhance the success rate of AI systems and agents driving marketing results.
• Build consistent, intuitive user experiences across the platform.
• Maintain high code quality standards for reliability and collaboration.
• Monitor and optimize backend performance, scalability, and security.

React | TypeScript | NextJS | Tailwind | Apollo GraphQL | Python | Postgres | C# (.NET 9) | EF Core | Temporal | Google Cloud

• Have deep full-stack experience with strong backend engineering foundations.
• Are fluent in modern frontend frameworks (React, NextJS) and API design.
• Thrive in startup environments and enjoy 0→1 ownership.
• Communicate clearly and proactively across teams.
• Care about real customer outcomes and product impact.
