With major expansion to our client base and use cases, we are seeking a Head of Product to take responsibility for the future concept, roadmap, and development of our products and solutions. This includes understanding the market needs and managing a strategic product vision with an actionable Roadmap, prioritizing company and customer requirements and working closely with our software engineers to deliver market leading products.


It includes developing ‘Go-To-Market Plans’ with senior management, sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer goals are met. Lastly, a key part of the role is bridging the gap between product and sales by attending key prospect meetings, positioning CEPRES value proposition and helping ensure we win new clients with market leading products.


Your tasks:

  • Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and full Executive Management (C-Suite)
  • Be responsible for Roadmap of all CEPRES SAAS products
  • Manage all relevant staff resources and build an optimum product organization
  • Understand market needs and trends for private market software, in the context of the wider multi-asset class environment
  • Conceptualize new solutions and define a product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive innovation in the CEPRES products to attract new clients and determine strategy to ‘win the market’
  • Help develop products that optimize the P&L of the business
  • Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and plans for new and existing products to optimize market penetration and revenue growth
  • Identify new and existing partnership opportunities and develop plans to optimize their value and revenue potential
  • Prioritize product roadmap to optimize adoption and increase market share
  • Manage and hire teams across product and software development in collaboration with the CTO to optimize a modern product development organization
  • Understand different product offerings and dependencies and design a business architecture and products to optimize their value to CEPRES
  • Contribute to product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Work with Marketing to maintain product awareness with internal and external stakeholders and ensure strong market messaging and positioning
  • Work with Sales to take new products to market and support key prospect meetings to win business with new clients
  • Attend meetings with key prospects and clients and be the champion for our products
  • Ask questions, understand client needs and position matching CEPRES products that underwrite the value proposition of our solutions
  • Support sales with advanced product knowledge and POC trials that convince prospects to buy our products
  • Support and coordinate RFI and RFP and other client information requests about CEPRES products and work with sales and delivery to ensure cohesive and winning responses
  • Employ KPIs and Metrics to monitor and help drive business growth through product offerings
  • Monitor user engagement with product features through analytical tools and client feedback to optimize future product development
  • Be a CEPRES expert and advocate to the market, raising awareness to clients and the industry at large through trade events and speaking opportunities
  • Be a private markets expert, be aware of industry trends, drivers and initiatives, especially in relation to portfolio monitoring; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keep abreast of industry thoughts and initiatives


Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in SAAS Product Management
  • 2+ years relevant experience in Private Markets software solutions
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in traded asset management software solutions
  • MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Strong project management skills, able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve results through teamwork
  • Sharp mind and creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter-success driven and hardworking to make things happen
  • A passion for leveraging analytics and metrics to drive effectiveness
  • Experience in Agile software development methods
  • Relevant tools and software experience for product management
