Job Title: Email Implementation Specialist

on high-impact, data-driven marketing that drives customer loyalty, retention, and LTV. We’re
looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Email Implementation Specialist based in the
Philippines to support our retention and lifecycle marketing efforts.
Role Overview
As our Email Implementation Specialist, you’ll own the technical execution of email and SMS
campaigns from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Retention & Lifecycle
Marketing to build, QA, and launch campaigns on time with flawless execution. This is a
hands-on role requiring expertise in email platforms, automation tools, segmentation logic, and
campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities
● Email & SMS Campaign Execution:
○ Build and launch marketing, transactional, and lifecycle emails in our CRM/email
platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar).
● QA & Testing:
○ Conduct rigorous quality assurance (subject lines, content, segmentation, links,
dynamic content, device rendering).
● Segmentation & Targeting:
○ Set up and refine segments based on behavioral, demographic, and lifecycle
criteria.
● A/B Testing:
○ Implement and track A/B tests for subject lines, send times, content blocks, and
CTAs.
● Scheduling & Automation:
○ Schedule campaign sends and set up automated flows (welcome, abandoned
cart, winback, etc.).
● Reporting & Optimization:
○ Track campaign performance and provide structured reporting to help guide
optimization efforts.
● Documentation & Process Adherence:
○ Follow established SOPs and maintain campaign logs and performance
dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience
● 2+ years of hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze,
etc.)
● Solid understanding of email best practices (deliverability, compliance, responsive
design)
● Experience with HTML/CSS for email layout tweaks and basic troubleshooting
● Comfort working in time-sensitive environments with exceptional attention to detail
● Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for campaign planning and reporting
● Excellent written English communication skills
● Comfortable working closely with European and U.S. teams in overlapping time zones
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
● Basic understanding of SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript, etc.)
● Exposure to Zapier, Make.com, or similar marketing automation tools
Work Schedule
● Full-time, onsite, 40 hours/week
