Job Responsibilities:
- Product Management Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure successful product launches, lifecycle management, and market execution.
- Commercial Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Product Launch Excellence: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring effective communication, positioning, and market adoption.
- Revenue Achievement: Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets through effective marketing programs and strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, commercial operations, and customer success, to ensure strategic alignment and strong execution.
- Content and Collateral: Collaborate with brand and growth marketing, sales training and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that empower the commercial sales organization to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt and refine the commercial marketing strategy accordingly.
- KPI Development: Partner with commercial operations to define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial marketing activities.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, market access, and product pricing in a leadership capacity.
- Ability to drive exceptional market penetration and strategic growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing methodologies, product management processes, and best practices.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercially focused role within healthcare.
- Experience launching products and leading commercial teams in CPG, digital health, AI in healthcare or innovative diagnostic solutions is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $215,000 - $300,000, bonus, and equity.
