Social Media Assistant - Drive Content Creation and Engagement

We seek a Social Media Assistant to support our team in content creation, image production, administrative tasks, and client communication. In this role, you will manage content creation across social media platforms, assist in producing images and graphics, execute administrative tasks, and communicate with external stakeholders in a professional, non-clinical manner.
The Opportunity
As a Social Media Assistant, you will:
- Create and post content across various social media platforms.
- Produce images and graphics for approval, ensuring they align with the brand’s message.
- Execute small administrative tasks, such as researching processes and making administrative purchases.
- Assemble monthly newsletters to engage with our audience and keep them updated.
- Communicate with external parties in a non-clinical manner, maintaining professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media content creation and familiarity with graphic design tools.
- Strong ability to organize and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with precision.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
