Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an $80m, three-year Design & Construct Water Infrastructure project located in Bendigo.

This role will oversee the project from design through to construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring all contract terms are met while exceeding client expectations.

Based in Bendigo, this is a career-defining opportunity to deliver a landmark water infrastructure project with the full support of an experienced team and Construction Manager. Relocation support is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the Bendigo Water Reclamation Plant & Solids Handling Upgrade Project.
• Manage contract obligations, including compliance with all terms, conditions, claims, and variations.
• Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and accountability.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with the client, stakeholders, and project partners.
• Oversee design management, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Provide clear direction to project teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery.

About You

• Proven experience in the construction of major D&C water infrastructure projects in Australia
• Excellent leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a site-based team
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
• Willingness to relocate to Bendigo (relocation assistance provided)
