Lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP functional, technical, and BASIS roles, as well as non-SAP IT positions (e.g., software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity).
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans targeting India and other high-talent regions.
Build a database and maintain strong relationships with Indian recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent networks.
Manage visa documentation, relocation logistics, and onboarding for international hires in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with the Head Office for approval and implement employer branding initiatives to position out company as a top destination for IT talent.
Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to track performance, optimize processes, and report insights to leadership.
Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Conduct behavioural and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) hygiene and ensure GDPR/compliance standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a focus on IT and ERP talent acquisition.
Proven success in hiring SAP consultants (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.) and non-SAP IT professionals, supported by a strong network and verifiable track record.
Strong network and sourcing expertise in Indian and international talent markets.
Experience with international hiring, visa processing, and relocation support.
Familiarity with cross-border hiring protocols.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
