Role Mission
Scale our Influencer and Community Partnerships channels to boost brand trust and deliver new customers. Targets for this role align directly with our current growth model, where Influencer is one of the core engines for net-new clients.
What you'll do
Influencer Marketing
- Full channel ownership: planning, budget, creator scouting, contracting, briefing, content production, go-live, and performance reporting.
- Stand-up ambassador stream (recurring creators with multi-platform presence) and local influencer pilots in priority geographies (e.g., CY, ES, UAE, US).
- Systematically generate and test hypotheses.
Community Partnerships
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with founder/CFO/HR communities; ship joint events, webinars, and guides that generate QLs with clear attribution.
- Build a quarterly community calendar (meetups, panels, webinars, podcasts, Slack/Telegram/Discord activations) tied to ICP pain points and our legal-crypto/fiat differentiator.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in Influencer Marketing at a product company (B2B SaaS/fintech/HR-tech is nice to have) with owned budgets and measurable pipeline impact.
- Data-driven & self-directed: comfortable owning targets, building experiments, and reporting against CAC/CPL/CPQL/ROAS and funnel conversion.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
