Who we are looking for
ModeSens is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape and execute a bold social strategy that inspires, engages, and grows our global community. Reporting directly to the Senior Content Manager, you’ll be the voice of our brand, bringing fresh, creative ideas to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, fashion, social media, and luxury consumer brands, and eager to make an immediate impact at a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Execute the social media strategy defined by the Senior Social Media Manager, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and create engaging content across all ModeSens social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), including drafting, editing, scheduling, posting, and optimizing reels and other content.
- Translate strategic goals into creative concepts, including content themes, visual styles, and formats that resonate with our audience.
- Plan, manage, and execute social media influencer partnerships to support campaign objectives.
- Drive engagement within the ModeSens community
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, recommending creative approaches to integrate trending content into campaigns.
- Partner collaboratively with the International team to amplify social media activities and maintain consistent messaging.
- Measure and report on social media performance, leveraging data insights to optimize content and execution.
- Oversee the ModeSens Ambassador Program, including relationship management, engagement, and activation strategies to foster long-term brand advocacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking: ability to plan content themes, structure storytelling, and optimize reels/photos to execute a broader strategy.
- Skilled in content creation: image/video editing, storyboard/script writing, and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalents.
- Experience applying social media strategies to support customer engagement and acquisition, with a strong understanding of how content themes, storytelling, and creative execution impact audience growth.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset: able to analyze performance metrics to guide content decisions.
- Experience in Slack and Google Workspace preferred
- Passionate about redefining the shopping experience through creative digital engagement.
