Marketing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor offshore team members, driving high-quality execution and continuous career growth
• Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and quality assurance systems
• Ensure accurate and consistent time tracking, utilization reporting, and resource allocation
• Oversee offshore promotions and career development with structured performance plans
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on profitability, delivery metrics, and team performance
• Partner with leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

Success Metrics

• Gross margin maintained or improved quarter over quarter
• On-time delivery rate: ≥ 95%
• SOP adoption: ≥ 90% across delivery team
• Utilization targets: met consistently across offshore teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of operations or project management experience, preferably within a marketing agency or services environment
• Proven ability to manage and scale remote/offshore teams
• Strong in systems thinking, process optimization, and building operational frameworks
• Excellent communicator with a leadership style that blends accountability with support
• Comfortable using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience with automation tools or building operational automations is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about continuous improvement
