Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor offshore team members, driving high-quality execution and continuous career growth
- Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and quality assurance systems
- Ensure accurate and consistent time tracking, utilization reporting, and resource allocation
- Oversee offshore promotions and career development with structured performance plans
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on profitability, delivery metrics, and team performance
- Partner with leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Success Metrics
- Gross margin maintained or improved quarter over quarter
- On-time delivery rate: ≥ 95%
- SOP adoption: ≥ 90% across delivery team
- Utilization targets: met consistently across offshore teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of operations or project management experience, preferably within a marketing agency or services environment
- Proven ability to manage and scale remote/offshore teams
- Strong in systems thinking, process optimization, and building operational frameworks
- Excellent communicator with a leadership style that blends accountability with support
- Comfortable using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience with automation tools or building operational automations is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about continuous improvement
