Graphicsland is an independently owned, profitable and growing e-commerce company that specializes in custom printing of stickers, product labels, and wide format posters. We operate three brands: MakeStickers, PosterNerd, and InkWave.

Together, our brands handle hundreds of thousands of custom orders every year, helping small businesses, creators, and researchers look professional, grow their audiences, and share their ideas with the world.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and execute designs in two key areas:

Brand-driven marketing campaigns (social posts and ads)

Fictional/demo Packaging Projects That Showcase Our Printing Capabilities

This is an internal marketing design role, you will not be designing directly for customers.

It's also fully remote with optional access to our Chicago-area office.

We're especially interested in projects where you guided the design from start to finish, taking a concept through to final assets that were printed, photographed, or used by customers. We also want to know why this role excites you!

What You'll Do

  • Uphold and evolve visual identities for MakeStickers, InkWave, and PosterNerd
  • Build brand guideline tools in Figma
  • Design social assets (Instagram carousels, TikTok/Reels visuals, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn graphics) for ads and sales collateral
  • Create print-ready artwork for stickers, labels, pouches, and other products used in photography and photorealistic mockups
  • Design with specialty materials (holographic, clear, metallic, etc.) in mind
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure designs work for digital composites and product shoots
  • Develop reusable campaign templates (giveaways, promotions, tutorials)
  • Maintain organized design libraries and version control
  • Refine designs with marketing managers using performance insights
  • Participate in critiques, give feedback, and iterate quickly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3–5+ years as a graphic designer in marketing, brand, or digital design (multi-brand/agency a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
  • Strong knowledge of designing for high-traffic platforms (aspect ratios, text placement, engagement visuals)
  • Ability to adapt between consumer-focused and B2B design styles
  • Understanding of how specialty materials affect digital, photo, and retail presentation
  • Strong file hygiene, naming conventions, and system discipline
  • Openness to experimenting with AI as a creative tool (final work is always original and team-owned)
  • Clear communicator who can present design rationale and collaborate across teams

Salary: $75,000/year
