Graphic Designer in

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and executing high-quality visual designs across print and digital platforms. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines and meet project goals. This role involves balancing multiple design projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring each piece communicates effectively and upholds the integrity of the brand. The position requires strong technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and an eye for detail. Flexibility and the ability to work independently within tight deadlines are key to success in this remote, project-based role.
Accountabilities
- Design, layout, and format visual materials for both print and digital use while adhering to brand and quality standards
- Develop a strong understanding of brand identity, style guides, and project requirements to produce cohesive, high-quality designs
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align creative direction, timelines, and deliverables
- Present and articulate design concepts clearly to colleagues and clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in project management tools such as Workfront
- Coordinate with vendors and support production processes as needed
- Stay up to date with design trends and software advancements to continuously improve creative output
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in in-house creative, marketing, or design environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong design sense with advanced knowledge of typography, composition, and brand consistency
- Ability to create custom illustrations, diagrams, and infographics aligned with project goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Experience with motion design or UX tools (After Effects, XD) is a plus
- A strong online portfolio showcasing a variety of design deliverables is required
