We’re seeking a Senior Flutter / FlutterFlow Developer to join our product engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the development of production-grade mobile apps, collaborate with designers and product teams, and help shape the technical direction of our projects.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and FlutterFlow.
- Translate design files and product requirements into elegant, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Own end-to-end development — from architecture and state management to deployment.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
- Optimize app performance and ensure a smooth user experience on both iOS and Android.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver on-time, high-impact releases.
✅ Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience building mobile apps with Flutter.
- Proven production-level experience with FlutterFlow (1+ year strongly preferred).
- Track record of shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Deep understanding of state management, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Firebase, cloud functions, authentication, and push notifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.
