We’re seeking a Senior Flutter / FlutterFlow Developer to join our product engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the development of production-grade mobile apps, collaborate with designers and product teams, and help shape the technical direction of our projects.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and FlutterFlow.
• Translate design files and product requirements into elegant, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Own end-to-end development — from architecture and state management to deployment.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
• Optimize app performance and ensure a smooth user experience on both iOS and Android.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver on-time, high-impact releases.

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience building mobile apps with Flutter.
• Proven production-level experience with FlutterFlow (1+ year strongly preferred).
• Track record of shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Deep understanding of state management, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Firebase, cloud functions, authentication, and push notifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.

• Familiarity with animations, custom widgets, and complex UI design systems.
