The team/project:
As an Adobe Multi-Solution Architect at Swisscom, you will be responsible for driving continuous innovation in our marketing communications platforms. Together with our business and IT teams, you will develop and ensure the proper implementation of business requirements to support Swisscom Digital sales initiatives and business KPIs at scale.

Job requirements
As Adobe Multi-Solution Architect you will:
- Lead the design and development of the AEP (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA) platform architecture, its integration with other Adobe Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Target), the integration with other Martech and AdTech tools, with Swisscom Big Data and eCommerce platforms
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, system administrators, product owners, business analysts, and end users to design a state-of-the-art Digital Marketing Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing suite of products
- Contribute to Swisscom's digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices
- Together with the product owner, design the product roadmap to maintain it up-to-date with the latest trends and available cutting-edge technologies
- Take responsibility end-to-end, beyond design!
- Work in a multinational distributed team with colleagues from Latvia, Switzerland and the Netherlands

Skill Check:
- Experience in hands-on design and/or managing daily operations with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions:
- Experience Platform (Unified Profile, Query Service, Data Sciences, etc.)
- Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics
- Audience Manager
- Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Experience Manager
- Target
- Advertising Cloud (Media Optimizer)
- Several years experience in architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, DAM systems and Email for large corporate environments in the B2C area
- Knowledge of AI/ML models applied to digital marketing automation
- Knowledge of today’s challenges regarding security and data privacy related to digital business
- Experience producing estimation, scope definitions, resource allocations, and project timelines
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programming and server-to-server APIs
- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as interpersonal and team skills
- Experience with agile working methods
- Very good written and spoken English
