We are looking for a specialist to join our second line of support (L2) team, which is responsible for the maintenance and business continuity of critical systems supporting flight operations.
We work EMEA hours (9am - 5pm), and by partnering with teams in North America and Asia, IT support is delivered in a follow-the-sun model.
Your tasks
- Monitoring and resolving incidents reported by users
- Analyzing errors, logs and system data
- Collaborating with L1 and L3 teams and end users
- Creating and updating technical documentation (Jira, Confluence)
- Support the implementation of changes and updates in the production environment
- Proactive efforts to improve performance and stability of systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a second line support or related role in a production environment
- Comfortable with Linux/Unix systems and working with databases (SQL)
- Ability to analyze logs and work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and SLA-based environments
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Very good knowledge of English to enable daily communication in an international team
- Polish language skills and residence in Poland required
