Senior Client Manager – National Security

Location - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (relocation assistance available)

Salary - £70,000 - £90,000 plus bonus and DV bonus

Clearance – UKIC eDV required

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage new and existing client relationships within the UK National Security sector.

• Work closely with internal technical experts to design and position innovative solutions.

• Navigate the public sector bidding environment and collaborate with internal bid teams.

• Take ownership of your client portfolio, order intake, and pipeline forecasting.


What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience establishing and managing relationships within National Security customers (government, defence, or intelligence).

• Strong ability to understand client challenges and shape tailored solutions with internal technical teams.

• Knowledge of public sector procurement and bidding processes.

• Commercial awareness and confidence in forecasting and delivering against sales targets.
