We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Data Engineer to design and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that leverage the full spectrum of modern machine learning—from traditional ML methods to cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deploy secure, scalable, and impactful AI applications for clients across industries.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging both traditional ML and LLM-based approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers) to ensure successful deployment of AI models and applications.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, providing innovative recommendations to clients.
- Provide technical guidance on the AI model lifecycle, including training, tuning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through AI adoption challenges and maximizing AI impact.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, whitepapers, and best practice guides.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer
- Extensive experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, distributed computing frameworks).
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
- Proactive attitude and great sense of responsibility
- Good command of written/spoken English (B2 and above)
