Head of Performance Marketing (Marketing, Sales & Revenue Ownership: Prop Trading)

Role Purpose
The Head of Performance Marketing will lead the full commercial strategy for a global prop trading firm, spanning marketing, sales channels (affiliates & partnerships), customer acquisition & retention, and regional expansion. This role carries full accountability for revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and building a scalable, globally recognized brand in a highly competitive trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Planning & Execution
- Own the commercial growth strategy and its execution across paid media, brand, SEO, partnerships, content, CRM, and other channels.
- Develop quarterly and monthly growth plans aligned with business objectives (revenue, retention, expansion, partnerships, etc.).
- Plan and launch coordinated campaigns with a balance of short-term revenue-driving initiatives and long-term brand-building activities.
- Design and optimize multi-channel marketing funnels to increase orders, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Monitor competitor and market trends, identifying new opportunities to sustain growth.
- Identify high-potential regions for expansion and implement localized strategies.
- Carry direct accountability for revenue growth and ROI on commercial activities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Own tracking and analytics across campaigns (paid ads tracking, analytics platforms, dashboards, etc.).
- Define and monitor KPIs such as orders, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, AOV, website traffic, SEO performance, and affiliate contribution.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting insights, risks, and recommended actions.
Budget & ROI Management
- Manage the commercial budget, allocating spend across marketing and growth initiatives.
- Achieve targeted ROI on paid campaigns.
- Reallocate budget proactively from underperforming campaigns.
- Maintain competitive order value while optimizing upsell and repurchase strategies.
Sales & Affiliate Management
- Define and oversee the affiliate and partnerships strategy to drive scalable revenue growth.
- Direct the Affiliate Manager in building and nurturing commercial partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships.
- Set commercial frameworks and approve terms to ensure strong ROI and sustainable brand advocacy.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Oversee end-to-end customer acquisition funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF).
- Manage email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation to drive repurchase and retention.
- Build customer loyalty strategies including community engagement, testimonial programs, and transparency initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and upskill the marketing/commercial team to deliver growth priorities.
- Run regular syncs to align strategy, manage execution, and resolve blockers.
- Instill a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
