As we continue to scale, we are looking for a business builder who can step into executive leadership, own multiple commercial functions, and help us grow from startup to scale-up.
The Role
We are seeking a VP of Revenue & Customer Experience (with a clear pathway to COO) who will partner directly with the CEO. This leader will independently manage and run Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success and Finance/Analytics) and build the foundations for scaling beyond 100 employees.
This role is ideal for someone who has been part of high-growth technology teams in a revenue-generating capacity and is hungry for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, brings proven SaaS management experience, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. They are eager to make an impact and leave their mark by helping build and scale a business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead several commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Support, Success, with the opportunity to expand into Finance/BI).
- Build and scale teams — hire, coach, and grow hungry, smart people rather than relying on “perfect hires.”
- Create and drive culture — foster empowerment, ownership, bottom-up innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design long-term strategy & roadmaps for your functions and align on OKRs with the CEO (operate independently day-to-day).
- Carry accountability for results — experience managing quotas, P&L, or equivalent operational targets.
- Develop metrics, reporting, and analytics to ensure execution excellence and visibility.
- Support product growth — surface customer insights to influence roadmap, improve onboarding, and shape GTM strategy.
- Partner with CEO on scaling strategy, helping the business move from ~20 people to 100+.
Core Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS at growth stage (20–100+ employees).
- Proven leadership of at least one full function; exposure to multiple (Sales, Marketing, Success, Support, Finance).
- Track record of managing teams, hiring and developing talent.
- Experience carrying a quota, P&L, or measurable commercial accountability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (structured, data-driven, able to break down complex challenges).
- Self-driven builder with an ownership mindset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, pivots, and experimenting toward product-market fit.
- Fluent in managing HubSpot.
- Leading remote/distributed teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with finance/accounting/payment SaaS or products selling into the CFO’s office.
- Experience with partnership models (banks, channels, etc.).
- Worked with $5–10K ACV products with complex onboarding.
- Experience pivoting horizontal SaaS to verticals.
