Job Title: Business Analyst – Product AI Program

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support the Director of Product Management in scaling the Product AI Program . This role will help drive clarity and execution across multiple AI workstreams, including AI Teacher Assistant and AI Student Tutor initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills—capable of enabling cross-functional collaboration, maintaining momentum, and ensuring product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog & Agile Support: Maintain product backlogs, ensuring capabilities, features, and user stories are structured and aligned with priorities.
- Requirements Gathering & Refinement: Collaborate with product and delivery managers to elicit, document, and refine both business and technical requirements.
- Service Operations Analysis: Collect and analyze service operations data, track TCO and KPIs for product initiatives.
- Issue Ownership: Independently drive well-scoped issues to resolution with minimal oversight.
- Product Discovery Support: Contribute to market analysis, hypothesis validation, and discovery initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Support: Assist in launch planning, readiness tracking, and coordination with marketing, training, and support teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear documentation—process flows, decision logs, reports, and dashboards.
- Additional Support: Take on evolving product-related tasks as required by the AI program.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or AI-driven product environments).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Prior exposure to AI technologies or programs is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, distributed team environment.
