Business Analysts with PowerBI

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analysts to join our team and work closely with one of selected Client departments (examples: Finance, Supply Chain, Quality & Operations, Health, Safety, and Environment). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with Power BI is nice to have / or similar data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support department objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of domain-related initiatives and projects.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools).
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in of above-mentioned domains
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
• xperience with Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of domain process / regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in project management or agile methodologies.
