What We’re Looking For
- Advanced SQL skills — ability to design, write, and maintain complex, highly optimized queries on large-scale datasets, using advanced joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations; confidence in reviewing query plans and improving performance.
- Experience working with ETL pipelines and building data workflows (Airflow, dbt, or similar); understanding how to ensure data quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
- Python for data analysis and automation, including data wrangling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Experience forecasting LTV using cohort analysis, survival models, statistical techniques, or machine learning approaches (at least one of these); ability to select the most appropriate method depending on data quality and the product’s stage.
- Experience with any BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); ability to build intuitive dashboards and self-serve analytics.
- Solid grasp of statistics and experimentation, including A/B test design, power calculations, and post-hoc analysis.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with growth, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
- A proactive, ownership mindset — someone who enjoys exploring data, spotting trends, and turning them into actionable insights and opportunities.
Nice To Have
- Experience working as a product or data analyst specifically in a subscription-based service (SaaS, mobile subscriptions, OTT, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, etc.) for customer segmentation or predictive modeling.
What You’ll Do
- Work on improving the existing LTV forecasting model and develop additional predictive models as needed;
- Participate in evaluating pricing experiments and interpreting results to inform product and marketing strategies;
- Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into product trends and opportunities;
- Identify patterns and insights in data to determine optimal pricing strategies and uncover new growth levers;
