Business Analyst - AI Product

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the scaling of its Product AI program, including initiatives such as the AI Teacher Assistant and AI Student Tutor. This role is critical in driving clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple AI workstreams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and an excellent communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog & Agile Support – Maintain and organize product backlogs; ensure features, capabilities, and user stories are aligned with priorities.
• Requirements Gathering – Partner with product and delivery managers to elicit, refine, and document business and technical requirements.
• Service Operations Analysis – Collect and analyze data (TCO, KPIs, service metrics) to measure product performance.
• Issue Management – Own and resolve well-scoped issues independently with minimal oversight.
• Product Discovery – Support market analysis, research, and hypothesis validation for new AI initiatives.
• Go-to-Market Readiness – Assist with launch planning, readiness tracking, and coordination across marketing, training, and support teams.
• Documentation & Reporting – Develop clear process flows, decision logs, and progress reports.
• Additional Support – Adapt to evolving program needs and take on other product-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or AI-driven products).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Proven analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in AI initiatives is a strong plus.
• Comfortable in matrixed, distributed team environments.
