Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
- Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
- Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- 4–8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events, demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards access, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Looker, Marketo, Sandbox (Budgeting Platform), Guts (Internal ticketing tool), Formbox)
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Salary: $97,800-$163,215
