About The Role
As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal teams and customers, providing technical support across a wide range of systems and applications. You’ll troubleshoot, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate when necessary – ensuring our users experience seamless service every day.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing system
✅ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and SaaS applications
✅ Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams where required
✅ Maintain accurate logs in the service desk system
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with users
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in 1st line/technical support (preferably in SaaS or finance environments)
🔹 Knowledge of Excel and SQL
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English
🔹 A proactive, customer-first mindset
