We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to help us bring that vision to life. Someone who can build, mentor, and collaborate. Someone who cares as much about maintainability and scalability as they do about connecting people through sports.
This is an early-stage role for someone with big energy, sharp thinking, and a heart for community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive day-to-day product development and bring our vision into code.
- Architect, build, and scale our mobile platform (React Native + Node.js + MongoDB).
- Collaborate with the CTO, design, and product team to define how we grow.
- Review code and mentor junior developers to help the whole team grow.
- Translate product ideas into shipping features, from quick wins to core systems.
- Contribute to sprint planning, improve workflows, and make development smoother every day.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of programming experience with React Native (preferably with Expo).
- Experience leading or mentoring dev teams in fast-paced, lean environments.
- Solid architecture and infrastructure knowledge, you think in systems, not just screens.
- A builder’s mindset: practical, curious, and focused on shipping quality.
- Independent and proactive, you drive clarity without waiting for instructions.
- Passion for products that create real-world connection and impact.
