Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our remote team from Vietnam.
Build mobile applications that connect users, data, and cloud systems across diverse projects. We’re looking for a fast learner who can quickly understand new requirements, adapt to different problem domains, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions in a collaborative, remote environment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Flutter and mobile app architecture, with solid problem-solving skills and a passion for working with connected hardware systems.
Familiarity with Bluetooth integrations is a big plus, while AWS experience is nice to have for cloud synchronization and API integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms used in fleet and equipment monitoring.
- Implement Bluetooth (BLE) communication between the app and connected IoT devices.
- Implement offline-first data architecture and real-time synchronization using PowerSync.
- Integrate REST APIs and ensure secure data transfer between devices and cloud systems.
- Collaborate with backend, firmware, and product teams to design and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance — especially around device communication.
- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with 3+ years using Flutter and Dart.
- Experience integrating Bluetooth (BLE) or other IoT communication protocols.
- Strong understanding of state management, async programming, and app lifecycle.
- Familiarity with AWS services (API Gateway, IoT Core, Cognito, Lambda, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience deploying to Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions and Bitrise.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and optimization skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — a must-have for working in our remote, distributed team.
- Location: Must be based in Vietnam (applications from other locations will not be considered).
