Liverpool city council are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Officer to join our successful Recruitment team!

Our Recruitment officers are responsible for a personal caseload of recruitment activity, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including providing advice and guidance on writing engaging adverts, selection methods and tools, the preparation of recruitment documentation, carrying out pre-appointment checks, processing DBS checks, answering questions about terms and conditions of employment, issuing contracts and any other queries that will come your way from managers or candidates.
Our Recruitment officers manage a wide and varied recruitment caseload, with the opportunity to work with services and hiring managers from across the Council. This will mean that at times you will be dealing with high volumes of recruitment and time management will be key to prioritising your day to day to meet tight deadlines, whilst using your best juggling skills to support your team members during busy periods.
