Our prestigious client based in Manila, Philippines is currently looking to recruit a Senior Global Mobility specialist to manage assignments for the companies expatriate population.
Role summary:
Manages the Group’s expatriate population globally, which consists of skilled professionals and managerial employees.
Supports our business strategy by recruiting, deploying and managing all HR aspects of our globally mobile medical professional and management staff.
The team takes full ownership of the end-to-end expatriate life cycle and processes. From the point the decision to hire an international assignee is made, the Mobility Specialist manages all HR aspects of the relocation and ongoing HR management process from that point forward.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for international assignees throughout their employment.
- Advise on assignment types, relocation programs, and policy provisions.
- Coordinate all phases of relocation and repatriation, including visas, travel, housing, and shipment of belongings.
- Provide support to assignees and their families, ensuring a smooth transition.
Compensation & Documentation
- Prepare and recommend compensation packages aligned with internal policies.
- Create and review contracts, amendments, and closure documents.
- Generate cost estimates for assignments.
Policy & Compliance
- Advise on International Assignment Policy and ensure compliance.
- Monitor changes in local labor, immigration, and tax laws, assessing impact on foreign employees.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and relocation vendors to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Process Improvement
- Assist in developing and enhancing processes to improve department efficiency.
Requirements:
Skills

Experience
- 5–10 years in Global Mobility
- Background in internal mobility teams or Big Four (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG)
- Experience with remote site/rotational work (preferred)

- Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
