Your mission
As a Business Operations Intern (3 Month Placement) At Our Seed Stage Deep-tech Startup Transitioning To Series A, You Will Support The Core Functions Of Our Company By Assisting In Day-to-day Operations Across Production, Software, And General Business Activities. Your Mission Is To
- Assist in managing daily operations, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth workflows in our manufacturing facility.
- Support software-related tasks, such as testing internal tools, updating documentation, and helping with basic troubleshooting for our operating systems and integrations.
- Collaborate with teams in engineering, manufacturing, and sales to streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Handle administrative duties, like data entry, report generation, and organizing team meetings to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Contribute to special projects that drive our mission forward in AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.
Your profile
We Are Looking For a Motivated, Organized Intern Eager To Gain Hands-on Experience In a Dynamic Startup Environment. You Should Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operations, production processes, and software tools; familiarity with manufacturing or tech environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Enthusiasm for deep-tech innovations in AI, robotics, and manufacturing.
