About The Role

In your role as People Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping and managing the global people strategy that aligns with Elfie's mission of maximising global health impact. You will ensure that we attract, develop, and retain top talent across multiple cultures and geographies, fostering a culture that embodies our values and drives our mission forward.

What You’ll Do

People Processes & Compliance

• Own employee lifecycle (onboarding, off-boarding, probation, contracts, amendments).
• Manage HR documentation and compliance with local laws.
• Ensure payroll accuracy through timely KPI/bonus calculations and inputs.

Employee Relations & Support

• Act as the first contact for employee queries and HR policies.
• Support managers with ER cases (conflict, performance, grievances) and escalate when needed.
• Ensure all ER documentation is accurate and compliant.

Performance Cycle Execution

• Run the operational side of performance reviews: launch, track, and close cycles on time.
• Provide data support for calibration and bonus distribution.
• Maintain accurate PIP documentation and follow-through.

Engagement & Culture Delivery

• Execute surveys, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
• Track and follow up on survey action items.
• Coordinate People-related events and training logistics.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Support digitisation/automation of HR processes.

What You’ll Need

• 3–6 years HR/People Ops experience, ideally in a startup/fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll inputs, and HR processes.
• Comfortable managing HR systems and data.
• Detail-oriented, with a track record of operational accuracy.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a must.
