🧠 At least 12 months’ experience in digital ad optimization (Google Ads, Facebook, or similar)
📊 Strong Excel knowledge & analytical mindset
🔍 Excellent understanding of KPIs and digital marketing metrics
💬 Fluent English + C-level German
