A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Data Science professionals to collaborate on high-impact research projects with frontier AI labs. In this role, you will help refine, validate, and evaluate the reasoning and performance of next-generation AI systems. Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, code, and analytical outputs.
- Validate technical solutions for accuracy, structure, and reproducibility.
- Provide feedback on solution quality, clarity, and rigor.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, and domain relevance.
- Support benchmarking and evaluation of model performance across data science tasks.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Statistics (industry or research).
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R, Java, or Scala is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with statistical analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering on large datasets.
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Commitment: 15–25 hours per week (flexibility up to 40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule
Compensation & Contract
- Competitive hourly rate: $80–$120 USD/hr, depending on experience
- Independent contractor engagement
