your responsabilities

* Own one or more core infrastructure domains (e.g. Azure, Intune, Citrix, Networking)

* Manage and improve infrastructure in a primarily Azure-based environment with on-prem network components

* Apply security-first thinking to design, deployment, and daily operations

* Automate repetitive work using tools like Ansible or Azure DevOps

* Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects from planning to delivery

* Support complex issues (3rd line), perform root cause analysis, and maintain system health

* Join the on-call duty rotation (compensated) to support incident response

* Collaborate closely with support, application, and security teams

* Improve documentation, standardization, and internal IT processes

* Foster a strong team culture by sharing knowledge and supporting others

requirements

* 4 - 7 years in IT infrastructure engineering roles

* Strong Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD/Entra, Conditional Access, RBAC)

* Hands-on with Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint compliance

* Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory

* Solid Microsoft 365 admin skills (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, licensing)

* Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to security

* Excellent communication with both IT and business stakeholders

* Fluent in English (Dutch or other group languages a plus)

* Bonus: Certifications (AZ-104), experience with Citrix Cloud, Cisco, Barracuda, Ansible, or SolarWinds
