Join a fast-growing payments company as they build a cutting-edge DevOps culture from the ground up. They are looking for a hands-on leader to design, implement, and scale enterprise CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small, high-impact DevOps team.
- Architect and automate CI/CD pipelines with built-in security and compliance.
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and modern DevOps toolchains.
- Partner with development teams to enable push-button deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve DevOps practices.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
- VMware
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise with tools like Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
- Skilled in scripting (Python, Ruby, etc.) and automation.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
