Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative assets for social media platforms, digital campaigns, print materials, and marketing collateral.

  • Guide projects from concept to completion: brainstorming, execution, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Apply a strong sense of composition, color sensibility, typography, layout, and brand identity principles to all design work.
  • View products and designs from a customer’s perspective to ensure that visual assets resonate with the target audience.
  • When needed, cut and edit short videos or animations using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and multidisciplinary design work.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics, with a strong passion for the industry and genuine interest in its culture.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or mobile-friendly editing apps is a plus.
  • Very detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality work across formats.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
