What We're Looking For
We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer to join our creative and innovative projects. If you are an expert in 3D modeling, rendering, animation, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma/XD, and have an interest in crypto and artificial intelligence technologies, we invite you to join our team!
RELOCATION TO TIRANA / ALBANIA IS MANDATORY (TİRAN / ARNAVUTLUK'A TAŞINMA ZORUNLUDUR)
General Requirements:
Three years of relevant work experience.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Designing banners, social media posts, websites and 3D visual content.
Developing visual content using Photoshop, Figma and 3D software.
Providing design support for projects related to cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence technologies.
Collaborating with our team to develop creative ideas.
Responsibilities:
Execution of Design Projects:
Develop concepts that meet the brand’s or project’s needs.
Actively participate in all design processes from ideation to final design.
Graphic design, social media content, web design, and 3D visualizations.
3D Design and Development:
Create 3D models, animations, and photorealistic renders for various projects.
Use tools like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D to develop high-quality 3D assets.
Integrate 3D assets into web, social media, or branding projects.
Maintaining Brand Standards:
Ensure that all designs align with the brand's visual language and guidelines.
Develop and implement innovative ideas that strengthen the brand identity.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments like marketing, content, and software.
Discuss design requirements with clients or project owners and gather feedback.
Maintain continuous communication with project managers to work according to the project schedule.
Revision and Feedback Management:
Make revisions to designs based on feedback received.
Continuously gather and implement feedback to improve designs.
File Management and Delivery:
Ensure that all design files are stored in an organized and accessible manner.
Complete projects according to the specified delivery dates.
Manage and import design files, including 3D assets, into Figma or other collaboration platforms.
Research and Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on new design trends and technologies in the industry, including 3D techniques.
Conduct research to develop innovative and creative design solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,), Figma, and 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D).
Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, texturing, and animation.
Knowledge of Crypto and AI.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D and 3D design projects.
Relocation Support: Flight ticket, visa fees, and full visa sponsorship covered by the company.
Housing Support: Accommodation provided during the 2-month probation period.
