What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee complex, multi-stream programs, managing risks and ensuring alignment with quality standards
- Establish program roadmap, controls, KPIs/OKRs, and standardized reporting/compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and client teams to manage interdependencies across various work streams
- Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks while delivering executive-ready updates
- Standardize processes and enforce high delivery standards to ensure benefits realization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience overseeing multi-stream projects with large teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Proven ability to build WBS/dependency maps and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, and Excel
- Strong financial acumen, including managing complex program budgets and expenditures
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP certification
- Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies in large-scale programs
- Familiarity with application modernization or ability to quickly adapt to new sectors
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with C-Suite stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing governance frameworks and compliance processes
