Quality Assurance Engineer in CYPRUS

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join the Technology Team of Future State, startup mode, and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software product.

As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with the development team to design and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the overall improvement of our product.

Relocation to Cyprus after 3 months probation period is required.

You will:

• Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive and effective test plans
• Create detailed and effective test cases for both manual and automated testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of product functionalities
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of testing processes
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, working closely with the team to facilitate prompt resolution and maintain product quality
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the QA process, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What makes you a great fit:

• 5 years experience as a QA Engineer in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, both manually and through automation
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and positive attitude
