What You’ll Do✅ Own core HR operations — onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, immigration, and payroll.
✅ Support recruiting — coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
✅ Serve as the first line of support for employees and managers, guiding them on HR policies and leave administration.
✅ Partner with leadership on engagement initiatives, performance cycles, and people programs that drive culture and performance.
✅ Keep the organization compliant with employment laws across multiple states.
What We’re Looking For🎯 4+ years of experience in a People Ops or HR role at a high-growth startup (Series A–D).
🎯 Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, or Carta.
🎯 Knowledge of employment law, benefits, and multi-state compliance.
🎯 Strong communication and coordination skills; responsive and detail-oriented.
🎯 A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
