Clients Orchestration Team, focusing on
Classroom Support. You'll help manage and enhance over 1,000 computers and AV systems across the Fulton Schools of Engineering, lead a team of student workers, and collaborate with Enterprise Technology to modernize classroom infrastructure. Position Salary Range:
- $57,900- $72,400 per year; DOE
Essential Duties:
- Receives, responds to, and monitors status of work-order requests for technical assistance through the ServiceNow and SalesForce system. Updates ticket system to reflect activities performed and status of request to ensure timely completion of work order in accordance with established policy.
- Coordinates, installs new hardware, equipment, and provides AV support.
- Participate in planning and execution of technology upgrades and refresh cycles for instructional spaces.
- Improve relevant operational efficiencies with the use of AI tools
Coordinate software requests on an on-going basis.. Ensure software licensing is authorized and in compliance for use and installation.- Software license installation, management, implementation, vendor, and end user coordination.
- Assist with Software Packaging process for Intune and JAMF deployments.
- Maintain software request form and process.
- Assist with technical management and support of classroom and labs, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Active Directory computer object and policy management
- Provide professional and positive customer support
- Creates, updates classroom documentation and software database.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with installing, configuring, imaging, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 11 and MacOS.
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and/or JAMF deployment services.
- Experience with application packaging, automating software deployment.
- Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking problems.
- Experience with Windows Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Experience in documenting application installations, as well as software inventory lists, using web collaboration tools like SharePoint.
- Experience in basic project management (i.e., organize and schedule tasks, prioritize);
- Experience in presenting in groups and training Staff or student workers
Working Environment:
- Work collaboratively across various departments within Engineering as well as with diverse populations and groups across the University.
- Use computers effectively - including inputting, reviewing and retrieving information, extended periods of viewing screen, and using mouse and keyboard.
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking.
- Frequent physical demands may include stooping, bending, crawling under/around objects, reaching, lifting and pushing objects of varying weights up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to work in cramped and enclosed areas and exposure to variations in temperature when deploying equipment.
- Regular review of completed tasks.
- Perform effectively as a member of a team.
