Odelle Technology is a European consultancy specialising in reimbursement, health economics, and digital health evidence.
We partner with global MedTech, Pharma, and Digital Therapeutic innovators to build real-world evidence and optimise pathways for clinical and payer adoption.
Our projects span AI diagnostics, clinical decision support systems, and patient-reported outcome (PROM/CROM) platforms across the UK, EU, and US.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Health App Developer with both technical fluency and scientific curiosity — someone who understands that a digital tool is only valuable if it changes patient outcomes, improves data fidelity, or strengthens evidence generation.
You will help us build and optimise digital health applications that support:
- Clinical workflow modelling and pathway optimisation
- Real-world data collection (PROMs, sensor data, health economics inputs)
- Algorithmic decision support and predictive analytics
- Integration with healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, or SNOMED CT
Core Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimise digital applications for clinical or analytical use.
- Translate scientific and clinical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work alongside health economists and researchers to design evidence-capture modules that align with HTA and reimbursement endpoints.
- Build secure, privacy-compliant data flows (GDPR, HIPAA alignment).
- Support machine learning integration and outcome visualisation in dashboards.
Essential Scientific & Technical Profile
- Based in the EU or UK.
- Degree or demonstrable expertise in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or Digital Health.
- Proven experience in developing or optimising health-related software:
- – Clinical trial or RWE data platforms
- – Patient monitoring or telehealth systems
- – Decision support or AI-driven diagnostic tools
- Fluency in at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, Flutter, or similar).
- Understanding of health data standards, interoperability, and data integrity in regulated environments.
Desirable
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 environments (medical software lifecycle).
- Experience integrating with EHR systems or national health datasets.
- Interest in digital biomarkers, signal processing, or predictive modelling.
- Awareness of clinical evidence generation, health economic analysis, or HTA frameworks (NICE, HAS, G-BA).
Why Join Odelle Technology
- Collaborate directly with scientists, economists, and policymakers shaping the future of digital health.
- Work on projects that directly influence real-world adoption and reimbursement of novel technologies.
- Flexible, fully remote setup across Europe and the UK.
- Opportunity to publish, present, and contribute to cross-disciplinary innovation.
